Responsibilities:
Board-Level Repair: Perform intricate troubleshooting and repair of PCB boards, specifically focusing on surface mount components.
System Assembly: Execute high-quality cable assembly (including multi-pin conductors) and progress toward the assembly of complex electronic units.
Diagnostic Analysis: Identify, troubleshoot, and repair returned units by analyzing circuitry and component failures.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality inspections on all assembled and repaired units to ensure strict adherence to performance standards.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols; proactively report irregularities or safety concerns to leadership.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet department deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Education: Associate's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
Advanced Assembly: Prior experience with complex multi-pin cable harnesses and sophisticated electronic integration.

Qualifications:
Soldering Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience soldering surface mount components onto boards.

High Voltage Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or comfort working safely with High Voltage systems.
Troubleshooting: Proven diagnostic skills at the board level.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, consistent with standard warehouse/lab safety practices.
Professionalism: Strong oral communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a track record of reliable attendance.
