Responsibilities:
??? Assemble electronic components, PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies), mechanical parts, and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
??? Follow written work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and standard operating procedures for basic to complex product lines.
??? Execute specialized product packaging and customer-specific boxing requirements (e.g., packing privacy screens and sensitive assemblies).
??? Ramp up skills progressively from foundational product lines to complex computer system assembly and technical builds.
??? Inspect incoming components, PCBAs, and completed assemblies for physical defects, wiring errors, or damage.
??? Maintain clean, organized work spaces in accordance with 5S and safety policies.
??? Communicate material shortages, component defects, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
??? Work collaboratively within a 45-person team environment to meet daily production goals.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficiency in both electronic/PCBA assembly and electromechanical assembly.
- Prior experience assembling computer components or high-tech system hardware.
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices, precision measuring tools (calipers, gauges), or custom customer packaging specifications.

Qualifications:
??? Experience: 2+ to 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience. Open to candidates with a focused background in Electronic Assembly / PCBAs, Electromechanical Assembly, or general mechanical assembly.
??? Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, credibility, and strong commitment to product quality.
??? Technical Aptitude: Ability to read, comprehend, and strictly follow written instructions and visual work guides.
??? Component Handling: Comfortable handling delicate electronic parts, circuit boards, and custom packaging materials.
??? Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work potential Friday overtime beyond the standard 8:00 AM ??? 12:00 PM shift when production volumes dictate.
