Responsibilities:
The Electro-Mechanical Systems Specialist is responsible for the systematic maintenance, installation, and repair of the mechanical, electrical, and control infrastructure supporting high-volume production machinery and the facility itself.
Systematically troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on advanced, high-speed automated production and assembly machinery.
Establish and sustain industrial power distribution and control circuits, encompassing low, medium, and high voltage (up to 480 V) applications.
Ensure strict compliance with all current industrial electrical standards and safety guidelines, including mandated energy hazard mitigation (e.g., proper PPE and procedures).
Design and complete electrical infrastructure projects, which involves precise routing and bending of rigid and flexible protective piping, wire pulling, and setup of primary control cabinets and connection hubs.
Digitally manage and rigorously document all electrical, mechanical, and control system assets within the designated asset management platform (CMMS) and maintain corresponding technical schematics.
Perform diagnostics and corrective actions on industrial control systems (such as PLCs), fluid power systems (hydraulic and pneumatic), and integrated mechanical motion and drive systems.
Leverage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for prioritizing, scheduling, closing out work orders, and managing inventory/parts supply chains.

3+ years of experience in a comparable heavy industrial or automated manufacturing setting
Demonstrated foundational competency in industrial electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical repair, basic automated control logic (PLC) troubleshooting, and fabrication.
Experience in systematic fault diagnosis and repair of complex, multi-system machinery.
