This is a hands-on role where you will handle everything from large-scale equipment to fine-detailed assembly under a microscope.
You aren't just putting parts together; you are a vital link in a production chain focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Precision Assembly: Build complex electro-mechanical assemblies using hand tools, electronic assembly tools, and microscopes.
Quality Guardianship: Work from detailed assembly drawings and documentation to ensure every unit meets our rigorous standards.
Operational Excellence: Apply 5S principles and Lean manufacturing practices to eliminate waste and keep the production floor running smoothly.
Problem Solving: Document non-conformances and write engineering change requests to improve our designs and processes.
Logistics Support: Assist with inventory cycle counts, picking parts, and preparing large instruments for shipping.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Microscope Experience Required
Proven ability to use hand and electronic assembly tools safely.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (Clean Room experience is a plus).
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation.
Physical ability to handle both fine-detail work and the packaging of large instruments in shipping crates.
