Assembly Support: Assist with disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies during unit failures or production bottlenecks.
Data Documentation: Accurately record, analyze, and report test data in standard formats to support product and engineering teams.
Equipment & Area Maintenance: Maintain manufacturing test equipment, bench setups, and test areas in clean, safe operating condition per established SOPs.
Cross-Functional Assistance: Provide technical support and feedback to manufacturing and engineering personnel as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, maneuver, and position test assemblies or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Testing & Calibration: Perform comprehensive board-level PCB testing (Area, GCM, and Front Panel boards) and final product testing in accordance with written calibration and quality system procedures. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot failed units down to the component level. Perform minor board touch-ups, rework, and repairs as necessary to restore function. Assembly Support: Assist with disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies during unit failures or production bottlenecks. Data Documentation: Accurately record, analyze, and report test data in standard formats to support product and engineering teams. Skills:
Prior experience working within the Medical Device industry. Hands-on background in electromechanical (EM) disassembly and reassembly. Experience with solder rework, board touch-ups, and surface-mount component handling. Associate Degree in Electronics

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and servicing electronic or electromechanical assemblies in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in operating test equipment, specifically Oscilloscopes and Digital Multimeters (DMM), alongside rework capabilities. Physical ability to lift, maneuver, and position test assemblies or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
