Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), cable harnesses, and mechanical enclosures using hand tools and soldering equipment.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions (SOPs).
Perform precise hand soldering (through-hole and surface-mount components) to industry IPC standards.
Perform visual in-process inspection and functional testing of completed assemblies to identify and correct defects.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues and improve efficiency.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working under ESD-sensitive and cleanroom or controlled-environment protocols.
Familiarity with point-to-point wiring, wire crimping, and cable harness assembly.
Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and component tracking in manufacturing software.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1???2 years of experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
Proven ability to perform precision hand soldering.
Strong ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and written assembly instructions.
Good manual dexterity, fine-motor control, and steady hands for handling tiny components.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality flaws.
