Role Highlights
-Pay range: $18 - $19 per hour
-Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
-Role type: Temp-to-hire

Responsibilities:
-Assemble and install wire harnesses and electronic components according to specific layouts
-Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accuracy
-Use hand tools and specialized equipment to crimp, strip, and route wires
-Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to maintain high production standards
-Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals in a clean workspace
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is a plus
-Manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts
-Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable work ethic and a desire to learn new technical skills
