Location: Waseca, MN
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour
Position Type: Entry-Level | Temporary & Temp-to-Hire Opportunities
Environment: Clean, climate-controlled facility with a great working environment
Work Schedules Available:
Option A: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Option B: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Responsibilities:
Position 1: Production & Mat/Tube Finishing
- Fold various sized mats to specification.
- Box, pack, and palletize finished products for shipment.
- Precisely apply decals onto custom-shaped tubes.
- Punch out designated holes in specialized tubing.
- Perform quality checks on finished items.
Position 2: Small Component Assembly
- Assemble small, lightweight components with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow basic step-by-step assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Inspect finished parts for defects or quality issues.
Both positions include other duties as assigned by department supervisors.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts or applying decals.
