Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and process purchase orders using the company???s internal ERP system

Assist with the purchasing of raw materials, electronic components, and outside services necessary to sustain ongoing manufacturing operations.
Maintain active communication with vendors to obtain and track updates regarding pricing, material availability, and delivery timelines.
Assist in keeping precise, organized purchasing files and inventory control records to align with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Review incoming materials for accuracy against documentation and kit parts to prepare production work orders for the shop floor.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience or exposure to manufacturing, electronics, or warehouse environments.
A basic understanding of inventory management, material planning, or procurement processes.

High School

Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain meticulous records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Solid communication, collaborative problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn new business skills.
