Shift is Mon-Thur, 4-10 hour days with start times between 4am-6am

Responsibilities:
Learn to use hot-air welding torches and "filler rod" techniques to fuse thermoplastic sheets and components.
Learn to interpret aerospace technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Use hand tools, routers, and deburring tools to clean and finish welded joints to a seamless, "flight-ready" standard.
Work with specialized aerospace polymers, ensuring they remain free of contaminants and scratches.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 AM

Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands (experience in model building, upholstery, electronics, or basic shop class is a huge plus).
High level of manual dexterity and the ability to maintain a consistent "travel speed" while welding.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Good attendance record and a commitment to safety protocols.
Must be a U.S. Person
