Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate the CNC table based on job specifications, material types, and thicknesses.
Load and unload raw materials onto the machine bed using appropriate lifting equipment or manually, ensuring correct alignment.
Monitor machine operations and execution of programs to detect defects, errors, or malfunctions; adjust settings as needed.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, nozzle/tool changes, and checking fluid levels.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to ensure compliance with blueprints and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
