Responsibilities:
-Lead the estimating team and oversee the bidding process
-Review estimates and takeoffs for accuracy, quality, and competitiveness
-Maintain and improve estimating standards, data, and procedures
-Conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings to evaluate project requirements
-Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to refine bids
-Monitor market conditions, analyze past performance, and align estimates with company goals
-Track actual costs vs. bids and support continuous improvement

Experience:

Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent plumbing/HVAC field experience prior to estimating
-7+ years of estimating experience within the plumbing and HVAC industry
-Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, specifically plumbing and HVAC
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and digital takeoff software, Autobid experience a plus
-Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
