Seeking a hands-on Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of the Art and Wine Festival and other events. This is a tactical role focused on execution. The coordinator will work closely with the CEO and vendors to complete a detailed project task list leading up to the festival.

Execute a project task list of approximately 60 event preparation items
Communicate with event vendors and service providers
Coordinate security, equipment, permits, and vendor logistics
Monitor progress of event tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Support planning of mixers and mid size events
Maintain clear communication with the CEO through regular daily check ins
Assist with vendor contracts, confirmations, and scheduling
Provide hands on support during festival setup and execution
Qualifications
Experience coordinating large public events, festivals, or community events
Strong written communication skills including professional email communication
Strong verbal communication and vendor coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
Highly organized and detail oriented
Comfort working independently while collaborating with leadership
Experience working with vendors, event producers, and service providers
