Welcome guests and provide a friendly, helpful presence during events (football viewing parties, karaoke nights, etc.).
Answer customer questions, provide general directions, and assist with event setup or basic guest guidance.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
Serve as an extra set of eyes to monitor guest activity, identify potential issues early, and communicate with venue management or lead staff if assistance is needed.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in security, crowd management, hospitality, or event staffing.
Strong situational awareness and ability to stay calm and approachable in lively event environments.
Basic de-escalation skills and good judgment.
Education:

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (evening events, 2?3 shifts per week).
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in active event settings with moderate noise levels.
