In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the broader leadership team. This role is central to the operations of a mission-driven investment firm managing over $40 billion in assets. You will act as a critical liaison between internal leadership and external partners, managing complex calendars, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic objectives. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the CIO and Leadership Team, managing day-to-day affairs with high discretion.
- Deliver sophisticated calendar management and draft professional communications, collaborating with leadership on messaging and information flow.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and correspondence, while overseeing the accurate submission of expense reports.
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including team-building activities, client dinners, and special projects to drive strategic goals.
- Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and action items, ensuring responsive and effective experiences across all levels of the organization.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience specifically within an investment or asset management environment.
- Extensive administrative background with a demonstrated record of success supporting C-suite level professionals.
- Specialized experience in project coordination and managing departmental operations such as onboarding.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and make recommendations with little guidance.
- A team-oriented approach focused on collective success and the ability to work effectively with other administrative professionals.

- Proven ability as a self-starter to think independently, resolve procedural issues, and evaluate alternatives with minimal supervision.
