Role Highlights
- Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00/hr. (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Set up, start, and adjust extrusion machinery and equipment according to production instructions to optimize performance.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform light maintenance and routine equipment cleaning.
- Perform quality control checks on finished goods, keep accurate production logs, and promptly report any defects or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Tape, package, stack, and label finished products for shipment, utilizing a forklift as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station while adhering to all plant safety and health regulations.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and perform other operational duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment or similar relevant field (Forklift experience preferred).
- Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to work with different units of measurement.
- Precision & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise written and oral instructions.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy equipment/materials, bend, and stand or walk for long periods throughout the shift.
- Teamwork & Flexibility: Willingness to work collaborative shift schedules (2nd or 3rd shift) including late hours, weekends, and overtime when required.
