Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervises and coordinate the fabrication team, assign daily tasks, and ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
Implements and enforce safety protocols, monitor the work environment for hazards, and ensure all products meet the company quality standards and specifications.
Interprets blueprints and technical documents, maintains records of production output, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
Liaises with other departments, provides direction and training to staff, and fosters a positive and productive work environment.
Maintains good technical writing, documentation, and record keeping skills.
Maintains all inventory records on paper and electronically.
Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Degree or equivalent of 3 years in fabrication, logistics and warehouse management (industrial or plumbing supply preferred).
Excellent analytical problem-solving ability.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Machine operation: Operating and knowledgeable with machinery, like saws, grinders, drill presses, welders, groovers, threaders.
Supply Chain delivery and Logistics coordination
Shop maintenance: Assuring that the shop is well kept, organizing, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Hand power tools maintenance and knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Prior supervisory or lead experience required.
Strong understanding of safe material handling and yard operations.
Ability to operate forklifts and oversee heavy material movement safely.
Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.
Strong communication skills for coordination with warehouses, drivers, and sales teams.
Proficient in PC. Word and Exell.
Basic math and measurement: Proficiency in basic math and using measuring tools is often required.
Physical ability: A willingness to perform physical labor, which can include heavy lifting.
