The Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and supervise process control programming. What You'll Do:
- Drive Reliability: Set goals and track metrics to continuously improve equipment reliability and increase overall plant availability.
- Lead Process Control: Provide expertise in process control programming, test program logic, and implement control system improvements.
- Manage Capital Projects: Write and execute capital projects, working closely with contractors and maintenance teams to achieve productivity goals.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Leadership: Manage all aspects of equipment maintenance, including spare parts management, and apply preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
- Budget & Compliance: Develop and manage the department budget while ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and corporate regulations.
- System Programming: Perform maintenance on existing systems (like software backups), develop computer programs for troubleshooting, and handle panel design, layout, and wiring schematics.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze current systems to develop a strategy for future growth and implement formal maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
- Team Development: Identify, develop, and integrate training programs to support department goals and assist maintenance in troubleshooting.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
- Software Expertise: HMI programming and configuration experience with Wonderware and Rockwell Software, plus a working knowledge of Oracle Databases.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process control theory, motors, drives, and various field devices.
- Documentation: Experience reading and red-lining PI&D drawings and maintaining the integrity of all specifications and compliance records.
- Flexibility: Available 24/7 by phone or onsite as needed to support continuous plant operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing plant technical experience and a proven track record of managing a maintenance and engineering team.
- Education: BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering is required.
- Programming Core: Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc preferred) and ladder logic programming experience related to process automation.
- Engineering Foundation: A firm understanding of electrical power, controls, mechanical systems, and electrical engineering practices.
