We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Production Manager to assist with regular maintenance and repairs of production equipment and lead the production team in Spring, Texas!
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Manage bulk inventory, which includes unloading trucks, verifying packing slips, identifying products, and moving items to storage

Perform quality checks and label all incoming goods.
Prepare outgoing shipments, which involves properly labeling and wrapping them.
Build custom crates or pallets as needed for shipments.
Manage pickups and load trucks.
Transport goods between warehouses when necessary.
Inventory & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of completed orders and inventory.
Adhere to all company policies and warehouse cleanliness standards.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Facilities & Staff Management:
Manage facility operations and maintenance.
Schedule and manage contract labor.
Maintain equipment and promptly report on malfunctions.
Other Duties:
Perform light manufacturing of custom products as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Extremely well organized and detail-oriented.
Diligent and punctual.
Safety-minded.
Able to read and write in English.
Computer literate.
Adept with hand tools.
Able to safely lift heavy boxes.
Must pass background screening.
Clean Driving Record.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience supervising and managing employees
Facilities Management of a warehouse or other commercial operation.
Inventory & Freight Management
Management of LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload).
Creation of Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Monthly Inventory Counts & Recordkeeping.
Palletizing Freight.
Quality Control of Incoming and Outgoing Freight.
Safety & Equipment:
Warehouse and Forklift Safety protocols.
Vehicle Management (Forklift and Box Truck).
Custom Crating.
Procurement of Warehousing Supplies.
