This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle diverse maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support the safety and functionality of operational environments across the Tri-Valley area.
Project Details
Pay: $27.50 per hour
Duration: 1 Month (with potential to hire full-time)
Primary Location: Livermore, CA (with occasional support for sites in Pleasanton and Hayward)
Schedule: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and light repairs on plumbing and electrical systems.
Handle general labor duties, residential-style painting, and facility upkeep.
Utilize hand/power tools for light construction, assembly tasks, and center setups.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standards during all maintenance activities.
Driver Requirements
Clean Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record, as you may be required to operate a company vehicle.
Insurance: Must have and maintain active personal auto insurance coverage.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, handyman services, or general labor roles.
Strong, independent working skills with solid general maintenance experience.
Excellent communication skills in English for teamwork collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance setting is a big plus.
Must be an energetic team player who thrives on solving physical facility problems creatively and efficiently.
