Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
As a Facilities Technician, you will handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to support our production facility and warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Upkeep: Performing light sweeps and maintaining the outside grounds to keep our site professional and safe.
- Technical Maintenance: Assisting with the upkeep of small machinery and performing essential electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Equipment Care: Installing and maintaining equipment while ensuring all operations follow strict safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Delivering "Raving Fans" service to both your teammates and external partners.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while staying professional and cooperative.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma (or GED) or 1 year of related experience/training.
- The ability to read safety rules and maintenance manuals, write routine reports, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable record is required, as you may use a vehicle for company business.
Physical Requirements:
This is an active role that keeps you on your feet! You should be comfortable with the following:
- Mobility: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands/fingers; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, or crawl.
- Lifting: Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally moving up to 100 pounds.
- Tools: Ability to safely use ladders, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Vision: Close, distance, and color vision, along with depth perception.
