Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Fridays, 7AM - Noon
$58-65k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily upkeep and monthly inspections of office spaces. Perform light repairs (painting, lighting, furniture moves) and manage cleaning service contracts to ensure a professional environment
-Direct all landscaping, weed control, and snow/ice removal. Supervise external contractors for lawn and parking lot care, securing competitive bids and performing weekly safety inspections
-Maintain strict cleaning and compliance standards for the warehouse, including specialized areas like freezers and coolers. Manage maintenance schedules and document all facility inspections
-Act as the primary lead for all facility vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Oversee preventative maintenance contracts, manage major renovations, and forecast long-term equipment and property needs
-Implement and monitor facility security and fire alarm systems. Develop emergency response protocols and oversee anti-theft and food safety measures to protect staff and assets

Qualifications:
-Associate's Degree and five (5) or more years of experience in a facilities management role
-Practical understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
-Proven ability to manage multifaceted projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
-Strong critical thinker capable of evaluating alternative solutions and implementing effective repairs or renovations
-Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide on occasion
