Position Details
- Starting at $22/hr.
- Employment Type: 30-day temp-to-hire.
- Punctuality: We value your time and our customers' time; arriving early is considered "on time" for this role.
Available Shifts & Schedule:
Flexibility is key! While most openings are for 2nd and 3rd shifts, all candidates must be available to train on the 1st shift initially.
12-Hour Rotations:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
8-Hour Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the heartbeat of the manufacturing process, ensuring fermentation runs smoothly and safely.
- Operate and maintain specialized fermentation machinery and packaging lines.
- Monitor parameters, prepare media, conduct sampling, and perform filtration tasks with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean room environment through rigorous sanitization and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to troubleshoot deviations and hit production schedules.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Associate degree or certification in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Food Science.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP) and training in quality control.
- Experience using computerized batch records or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Mechanical/technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Direct experience with fermentation processes in a manufacturing or food production setting.
- Hands-on knowledge of clean room protocols and sanitization.
- Proven ability to handle media preparation and sampling accurately.
- Familiarity with production machinery and packaging lines.
