Ideally we are looking for a Fibrelite Assembler candidate who has relevant experience preferably working with fibreglass, demonstrates a great attention to detail, has an impressive work ethic and positive attitude, and will place utmost importance on warehouse safety.
Minimally, a qualified Fibrelite Assembler candidate will need to have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting as an assembler and will be able to tolerate non-ideal conditions such as varying temperatures and potential fibreglass irritants.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.
- Read and follow standard work instructions.
- Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.
- Complete all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell.
- Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as required by the business.
- Keep workstation clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives but not limited to continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards.
- Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area.
- Compliance with all company safety regulations.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

Skills:
- 1+ years of assembly experience
- Experience working with materials such as fibreglass
- Experience ensuring quality of production output
- Ability to keep up with fast-paced production needs
- Knowledge of cGMP
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
- Keen attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to take instruction and learn processes quickly
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift
- Ability to endure hot or cold warehouse conditions
- Ability to utilize the designated PPE
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned per production needs
- Proven good attendance, positive attitude, communication, team player mentality, reliability, flexibility, willingness to cross train, willingness to work overtime.
- Must be local (within 30 miles) to the facility site in Smithfield, NC.
