As a Morning Shift Operator, you are the engine that starts our day. You'll be responsible for clearing the docks, receiving fresh inventory, and ensuring our outbound lanes are loaded for mid-day departures. This is a high-visibility role that requires sharp focus, quick thinking, and elite safety habits. Responsibilities:
Live Dock Operations: You???ll be the primary point of contact for external carriers, unloading 53-foot trailers with speed and surgical precision.
Active Picking & Replenishment: Support the outbound picking teams by dropping pallets from high-bay racking into active pick slots.
The Morning Audit: Conduct "first-look" quality checks on incoming freight???reporting any damage or shortages before they enter the system.
Safety Coordination: Navigate a busy warehouse floor with high pedestrian traffic (sales staff, managers, and maintenance) while maintaining strict "right-of-way" protocols.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Advanced System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with specific enterprise software like SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan WMS for inventory tracking.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Certified Safety Leadership: Valid OSHA certification with a documented "zero-incident" safety record and mastery of pre-shift mechanical inspections.
Specialized Technical Skill: 1+ years of experience operating High-Reach, Stand-up, or Double-Deep forklifts in narrow-aisle environments
WMS Data Integrity: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) using RF scanners to execute real-time inventory moves and cycle counts.
Stability & Physics Mastery: Advanced understanding of the Stability Triangle and load-center physics to safely manage irregular freight and attachments.
Logistical Efficiency: Proven ability to apply Lean/5S principles, specifically in "Task Interleaving" and "Cube Optimization" to maximize trailer space and throughput.
