Responsibilities:
-Coach and mentor employees to foster professional growth
-Provide timely information to the crew and motivate the team without using demeaning or profane language
-Utilize quick problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to keep projects moving forward
-Help shape and enforce company policies and job descriptions while ensuring a safe and efficient job site
-Read and follow both commercial and residential blueprints and maintain knowledge of local flatwork codes
-Oversee the quality of work and ensure the proper care of all equipment, trucks, and trailers
-Research data and factors that affect concrete costs to improve efficiency
-Maintain professional and courteous interactions with job engineers, architects, and homeowners
-Ensure all job-related paperwork and weekly timecards are completed and reviewed for accuracy in a timely manner

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5+ years of experience is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills
-Must possess a valid driver???s license acceptable by our insurer and a DOT Medical Card (or the ability to pass the physical to obtain one)
-Maintain a drug and alcohol-free status while on the job site and utilize the electronic timecard system daily
-Must provide your own hammer, tape measure, nail apron, steel-toed boots, and rubber overshoes
