Spherion Staffing is hiring a Floor Technician/ Porter for a facility in Wichita Falls, TX! Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, pay is $17.50/hr.

- This team member is directly responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional facility floors and for providing "porter" support through room turnovers and event setups.

- The core of this role includes operating floor care machines in hallways and during room turnovers, setting up and resetting rooms for events, and providing backup support to Housekeeping and Maintenance as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in floor care, custodial work, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or facilities support
- Knowledge of floor care practices and safe operation of floor machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service mindset and professional communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and appropriate speed.
- Ability to handle urgent needs calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to meet departmental scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds repetitively.
