Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Food Production Worker to join our morning team! In this role, you will help prepare, package, and label our Italian food products. You will work in a clean, fast-paced environment with a friendly team.
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: Works until daily production goals are met (no fixed end time
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Overtime: Extra hours and overtime pay are available based on workload
Responsibilities:
- Wash, cut, measure, and mix fresh ingredients following standard recipes.
- Run and monitor basic food processing and packaging machinery.
- Pack, box, and label finished food products for shipping.
- Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules to keep food safe.
Education: High School
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
Skills:
- Willingness to work flexible hours until the day's work is done.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds during your shift.
- Basic math skills to read scale weights and follow simple batch instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in food production or kitchen work is a plus, but not required (we will train you!).
