Job Description:
Spherion is hiring entry level cashiers, kitchen workers, and food prep specialists for a major nearby university. All schedules are Monday through Friday with very favorable hours.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare made-to-order items and basic menu selections like salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees.
- This includes operating equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Greet patrons, take orders, and accurately process sales using a cash register.
- Set up and restock serving lines, food bars, and condiment stations to ensure constant product availability.
- Perform general cleaning duties including washing dishes, mopping floors, and maintaining temperature logs to meet food safety standards.
- In specific roles, workers prepare specialty coffee drinks or other beverages following brand-specific guidelines.
