Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic team player who is willing to jump in anywhere and do anything!
Resin Logistics: Safely operate forklifts to transport 250-gallon IBC totes and drums of resin from the warehouse to the production line.
System Refilling: Monitor liquid levels and perform timely refills of machine reservoirs to ensure the line never runs dry.
Technical Sanitation: Perform deep-cleaning of resin application heads, pumps, and hoses to prevent material buildup or clogs.
Preventative Maintenance: Lubricate bushings and adjust delivery belts associated with the resin injection system.
Safety & Spill Control: Handle all bio-based resins and cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and company standards.
Staging: Organize and stage empty resin containers for outbound logistics or recycling.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
Experience on a sitdown forklift, reach truck, and order picker.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, specifically with heavy equipment maintenance and forklift operation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical: Ability to stand for long shifts and handle industrial hosing and pump connections.
