Schedules:
1) Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
2) Sunday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and equipment across warehouse and production areas.
Loading/Unloading: Efficiently manage the intake and shipment of materials from trucks, trailers, and containers.
Production Support: Assist in the operation of industrial production machinery and support the back-deck area to ensure continuous workflow.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of material movement and assist with inventory counts.
Maintenance: Perform daily pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Warehouse Duties: Assist with general tasks including order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA standards and company-specific safety protocols regarding load handling and hazard awareness.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance.
Mobility: Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout a shift.
Environment: Ability to work in a warehouse setting with variable temperatures, dust, and moderate noise levels.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of workplace reliability.

Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (or the ability to obtain one upon hire).
