Responsibilities:
Goods Receipt & Inspection: Accept incoming shipments, compare physical items against shipping documentation (material number, description, quantity), inspect for visible damage, and accurately document/report discrepancies.
Storage & Inventory Management: Organize the receipt, put-away, commissioning, and picking of goods within assigned storage areas. Conduct regular stock maintenance and physical inventory counts using standard data processing systems.
Order Fulfillment & Packaging: Assemble customer deliveries from designated storage compartments, verifying completeness and accuracy against delivery notes. Package shipments according to shipping instructions, dispatch standards, and regulations (e.g., Dangerous Goods).
Shipping Documentation: Prepare and attach corresponding shipping documents to outbound shipments to ensure timely and compliant dispatch.
Material Handling & Transport: Safely operate hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, and other transport equipment to move materials efficiently within and, where applicable, outside the premises.
System Operations: Input, capture, and update relevant operational data in specialized warehouse management software and user interfaces.
Internal & External Support: Handle routine, non-complex practical inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers according to agreed service level agreements.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Equipment Certification: Valid forklift/industrial truck operator license already active upon hire.
ERP/WMS Experience: Hands-on experience with specialized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Hazardous Materials: Certification or prior training in the transport and packaging of Dangerous Goods.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of high accuracy in inventory counts, order picking, and verification against shipping documents.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for handling routine internal and external customer inquiries effectively.

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Education: Completed 2-year vocational training program in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.

Experience: Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehouse, production, or laboratory logistics environment.

Core Knowledge: Basic theoretical and practical understanding of standard receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping procedures.

Equipment Licensing/Capability: Ability and authorization to operate hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.

Systems Familiarity: Ability to operate dedicated software packages and basic user interfaces for data capture and inventory recording.
Compliance: Working knowledge of standard packaging practices, including compliance frameworks for handling specialized goods (e.g., Dangerous Goods guidelines).
