The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment and understands that precision is just as important as speed. You will work closely with the production and shipping departments to ensure that lines are fed, inventory is accurately tracked via RF scanners, and trailers are loaded for on-time delivery. If you are a certified operator with a "safety-first" mindset and a desire to work for a company with deep roots in the Washington County community, we want to hear from you.

Order Staging: Precisely stage finished goods for the shipping department, verifying that lot codes and quantities match the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict speed limits and "stop-and-honk" protocols at blind intersections, especially near pedestrian-heavy production lines.
