We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join a warehouse team. Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to transport goods safely throughout the warehouse.
Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
Pick, stage, and load outgoing customer orders according to pick sheets and shipping schedules.
Stack and organize materials on pallets, racks, and shelving systems in accordance with warehouse storage guidelines.
Perform daily pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
Utilize hand-held RF scanners to track inventory movements and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with specialized warehouse equipment (e.g., order pickers, pallet jacks, clamp trucks).
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HighJump).
Demonstrated experience with inventory control processes and cycle counting.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1???2 years of experience operating powered industrial forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
Valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification (or ability to re-certify upon hire).
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and basic physical endurance assessment.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand, bend, or sit for extended periods.
Strong spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and a strict adherence to safety procedures.
