The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and effective movement, storage, and retrieval of materials, finished products, and supplies within our manufacturing facility and warehouse. This role is critical in ensuring the proper flow of goods to support production and inventory management while adhering strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Load, unload, stack, and move materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring production lines are supplied and finished goods are properly stored.
Perform mandatory daily pre-operation inspections, report all equipment defects immediately, and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols and traffic procedures.
Use scanning devices or documentation to accurately track and manage material movement and assist with maintaining organized, efficient inventory storage areas.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and provide general support to the warehouse and production teams as needed.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
Experience operating other material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks).
Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS) and the use of handheld scanning devices.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A minimum of six (6) months of verifiable experience operating a sit-down forklift in a professional setting.
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively, including the proper handling of varied loads, precise maneuvering in tight spaces, and accurate stacking.
