What You'll Do
- Precision Operation: Operate sit-down, clamp, and push-pull equipment to safely stack and store merchandise in designated high-density areas.
- Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Safely unload inbound shipments, move products to storage, and load trailers for outbound delivery with 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Integrity: Utilize RF scanning equipment and basic Excel to conduct cycle counts, assist in physical inventories, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety First: Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Fulfillment Support: Perform picking and order-checking duties efficiently to ensure the exact number and type of product is prepared for shipment.
What You'll Bring
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating sit-down and/or clamp forklifts and comfort using RF scanners and computers (Basic Excel knowledge).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for 10.5-hour shifts in a large-scale facility (over 1/4 mile in length).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, pull, and reach (above head and below waist) up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Availability: Must be able to work the designated schedule and be open to extended hours as needed by the customer.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inventory discrepancies and resolve them with the inventory control team.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
