We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a 4-5 week seasonal position to support our peak operational season. This temporary role offers immediate openings across multiple shifts (day, swing, night, and weekend schedules) to fit your availability.

Safely operate sit-down electric or propane forklifts to unload, load, move, and stack materials or pallets across the warehouse.
Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Accurately locate, stage, and deliver inventory to designated storage or shipping areas while adhering to space utilization rules.
Maintain accurate inventory logs or operate hand scanners (RF devices) to track inventory movement in real time.
Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, facility speed limits, and site guidelines to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Prior experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, or seasonal peak-season environment.
Familiarity with RF handheld scanners and basic Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.
Previous experience operating specialized attachments (e.g., side-shifters, clamps, or slip-sheet attachments).

Qualifications:
Active Forklift Operator Certification or proven experience operating sit-down forklifts (electric/propane).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.
Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and commitment to safe equipment operation in high-traffic environments.
Dependability and flexible availability to work assigned seasonal shift hours, including potential mandatory overtime.
