Spherion is currently seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates for a local records company. Forklift Experience is REQUIRED. This is a full-time, temporary position with a starting pay of $17 per hour. Monday-Friday: 7:30a-4:30p
Responsibilities:
Perform labor-intensive tasks daily, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes throughout an entire workday.
Pulling boxes, Loading boxes onto trucks, palletizing boxes, wrapping for relocation
Process and barcode new boxes for storage.
Pull access lists and retrieve requested boxes/files.
Refile boxes and process those scheduled for destruction.
Assist with bay consolidation activities to optimize warehouse space.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Problem-solving skills to handle process issues.
Good eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to handle warehouse equipment responsibly.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be physically capable of continuous lifting, bending, and twisting throughout the entire shift.
Clear background screening (ZERO infractions) and a drug screen are mandatory.
Ability to work independently and meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Excellent commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company security standards.
Forklift experience required
