As the first point of contact for guests, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the daily flow of the hotel. This role requires a blend of warm hospitality and sharp administrative skills to ensure extended-stay guests feel at home.

Responsibilities:
Guest Registration: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring all registration cards and payment methods are accurately captured.
Communication: Professionally answer the hotel switchboard, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
Financial Checks & Balances: Perform daily shift audits to ensure all financial transactions, cash drawers, and guest folios are balanced and accurate.
Safety & Security: Monitor guest access, manage key control protocols, and ensure the lobby area remains clean and welcoming.
Guest Satisfaction: Actively listen to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure
a high-quality stay.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
Choice Advantage Proficiency: Experience with the Choice Advantage (PMS) system.

Experience:

Qualifications:
Customer Service: A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, or a related customer-facing role.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
Numeracy: Above average basic math skills for processing payments and performing daily "checks and balances" on accounts.
Reliability: Must be dependable with a flexible schedule, as hotel operations include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished appearance.
