Responsibilities:
Patient Welcome: Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a helpful and professional attitude.
Check-In & Registration: Manage the full registration process, including updating demographics and verifying insurance eligibility/authorizations.
Financial Stewardship: Collect payments and outstanding balances, ensuring daily reconciliations are accurate for our accounting team.
Scheduling: Coordinate provider schedules, process walk-ins, and handle rescheduling with efficiency.
Office Operations: Utilize EMR and Practice Management systems, handle medical records requests, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and lab specimens.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Degree is preferred
Bilingual a plus but not required

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: You can talk to anyone! You are comfortable interacting with patients of all ages, physicians, and coworkers.
Technical Savvy: You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn our Practice Management and EMR systems (PX Connect) quickly.
Adaptability: You?re a team player who is willing to travel to multiple office locations and cross-train as needed.
Professionalism: You understand the importance of confidentiality (HIPAA), punctuality, and a caring attitude.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
