- Manage the organization's financial records by recording daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and prepare financial reports like balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and assist with tax preparation.
- Keep the company's financial records organized, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience in the construction industry as a bookkeeper.
- Associate degree in accounting or finance is highly preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Previous bookkeeping experience is required; minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- High School Diploma is required.
