The Furniture Builder will construct high-quality furniture pieces using established woodworking and upholstery-adjacent methods. This role requires at least 5 years of carpentry experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a solid understanding of furniture manufacturing processes. Candidates must demonstrate a reliable work history, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.

Responsibilities:
-Build furniture components and full assemblies using wood, fasteners, adhesives, and industry???standard tools.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
-Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately using tape measures, saws, jigs, and other carpentry tools.
-Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
-Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to meet daily output goals.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines and internal safety protocols.

Skills:
