Responsibilities:
Repair, restore, and refinish furniture to meet quality standards.
Perform sanding, staining, filling, painting, and touch-up work on wood surfaces.
Assist with woodworking, assembly, and furniture modifications as needed.
Safely move, lift, and position furniture throughout the workday.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed repairs to ensure a high-quality finished product.
Follow repair instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support team members to complete daily production goals.
Report material shortages, equipment concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in furniture repair, furniture restoration, woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or finishing.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of wood stains, finishes, fillers, adhesives, and repair materials.
Experience with furniture assembly or custom woodworking.
Ability to identify cosmetic defects and perform detailed repairs.
Experience working in a manufacturing, woodworking, or furniture production environment.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to report to work by 5:00 AM consistently.
Reliable transportation for daily attendance.
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn new repair and woodworking techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Flexibility to work until daily production is complete (typically 8.5???9.5 hours).
