acility. The individual will also be responsible for grounds maintenance and general upkeep ensuring safety for all staff and visitors. From handling routine Janitorial upkeep to executing essential preventative maintenance, routine Electrical checks, minor Plumbing fixes, and seasonal snow removal, you will keep our site running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform facility maintenance and janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning.
Complete routine preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facility structures.
Assist with basic electrical inspections, minor plumbing repairs, and HVAC maintenance such as changing filters and cleaning units.
Maintain the exterior of the property by sweeping sidewalks, removing debris, raking, and performing snow removal and ice control during winter months.
Move office furniture, warehouse materials, shelving, and other equipment as needed.
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
Inspect work areas to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Follow maintenance schedules and document completed work.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience performing preventative maintenance on commercial or industrial equipment.
Familiarity with building maintenance systems and facility operations.
Experience operating floor cleaning equipment or maintenance machinery.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
Experience coordinating with contractors or service vendors.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Ability to perform basic painting, carpentry, and general repair work.
Experience working in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Flexibility to assist with seasonal grounds maintenance and snow removal.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance, janitorial, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills for maintenance logs or work orders.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
