We are seeking motivated Construction Workers and Greenhouse Installers to assist in the expansion of a state-of-the-art duckweed cultivation facility. Unlike traditional farming, this facility utilizes a sophisticated system of lined ponds, climate-controlled greenhouses, and advanced water filtration systems. This role is critical in building the infrastructure-from specialized liners to automated climate systems-that will produce the next generation of sustainable agricultural products.

Responsibilities:
Structural Assembly: Erecting galvanized steel greenhouse frames and installing polycarbonate or poly-film coverings.
Pond Infrastructure: Excavation support and the precise installation of industrial-grade liners for hydro-cultivation raceways.
Systems Installation: Assisting in the setup of automated irrigation, water circulation pumps, and HVAC climate control systems.
Site Preparation: Operating light machinery (skid steers, forklifts) and ensuring the site meets leveled specifications for optimal water flow.
Collaboration: Working alongside engineers and agronomists to ensure the facility meets the technical requirements for lemna growth.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Greenhouse Assembly: Prior experience erecting commercial-grade greenhouse structures, including poly-covering and ventilation systems.
Liner Installation: Experience handling and installing industrial-grade pond liners or geomembranes.
Advanced Irrigation: Proficiency in large-diameter PVC layout, manifold assembly, and high-volume water circulation systems.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1???2 years in commercial construction, ideally with experience in greenhouse assembly or large-scale agricultural projects.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the West Texas climate, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks such as bolting and lining.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with power tools, reading basic blueprints/schematics, and following strict safety protocols.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable transportation to the work site.
