In this role, you will be responsible for the initial stages of metal fabrication, focusing on the precise cutting, grinding, and heating of steel plates to meet project specifications. Responsibilities:
Cutting: Utilize cutting torches (Oxy-Fuel/Plasma) to cut steel plates to specific dimensions and
shapes based on blueprints or templates.
Grinding: Use industrial grinders to smooth edges, remove slag/burrs, and prepare surfaces for
the next stage of production.
Heating: Operate a "bougo" (heating torch) to apply localized heat to plates for straightening,
bending, or stress-relieving purposes.
Material Handling: Safely move and position heavy metal plates using appropriate shop
equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets tolerance requirements and quality
standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in metalwork is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and a "safety-first" mindset.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in a shop environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
