We are seeking a proactive, experienced Health & Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide immediate first aid and emergency medical support at our Lubbock facility. This is not just a compliance position - the successful candidate will be the primary on-site responder for any workplace medical incident, capable of delivering comprehensive first aid and emergency care across a wide range of situations. This includes cleaning and dressing wounds, applying bandages and splints, stabilizing fractures, managing burns, treating impact injuries, performing CPR, and operating a defibrillator (AED) in the event of cardiac arrest.

Responsibilities:
???Safety Compliance:
oFollow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
oWear required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots, eye protection).
oReport hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to the foreman.
???Quality Assurance:
oEnsure products meet specifications for size, finish, and structural integrity.
oMaintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
???Team Collaboration:
oWork under the direction of the Lead Foreman and Assistant Foreman.
oAssist other team members as needed to meet production goals.

Skills:
--Production Support:
o-Prepare molds, mix concrete, and assist in pouring and finishing precast components.
o-Handle and move materials safely using appropriate tools and equipment.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
???Experience: Prior experience in construction or concrete work preferred, but not required.
???Skills:
oAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
oBasic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
???Physical Requirements:
oLift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor/industrial environments.
