Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds.
Trade Support: Assist skilled craft workers with projects, providing labor, tools, and general support.
Equipment Operation: Operate company vehicles and machinery, including forklifts, floor scrubbers, genie lifts, and trucks.
Logistics Support: Help with equipment setups, packing finished goods, and moving heavy items with mechanical assistance.
Documentation: Complete preventative maintenance reports and task requests accurately and on time.
Plant Upkeep: Execute housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Prior experience supporting skilled trades in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
Knowledge of ISO/AS quality systems and continuous improvement processes
Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and equipment setup
Experience operating additional machinery beyond forklifts (e.g., genie lifts, floor scrubbers)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18+ and comply with company Drug, Alcohol, and Firearms policies
Valid driver???s license
Ability to operate forklifts and use various hand and power tools
Basic understanding of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting
Ability to read and interpret work orders, material lists, and specifications
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors 80???99% of a shift
Able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs by hand; heavier items with mechanical aid
Comfortable with repetitive motions, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling
Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts
