Spherion is recruiting General Laborers to work with our client in Brenham, TX. The general laborer will perform hands on tasks to support production. This will include operating machinery, general assembly, packing products, and loading materials. This position requires the ability to stand long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:
Assembling, inspecting, and packing finished products.
Cleaning and preparing workstations, following safety regulations (OSHA), and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Operating basic machinery, such as conveyors or press machines.
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Skills:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Standing for long periods of time.
Ability to lift (up to 50 pounds), bend, stoop, and reach.
Comfortable working in cold or hot manufacturing environment.
