Responsibilities:
Operations & Site Leadership:
- Job Site Visits: Regularly stop by active residential and commercial job sites to inspect work quality, ensure safety protocols, and check in directly with property owners and project contacts.

- Crew Management: Oversee, support, and schedule installation crews, foremen, and field technicians. Foster a high-performance culture built on pride, accountability, and teamwork.

- Material & Equipment Oversight: Work with field staff to ensure the right materials, tools, and heavy equipment arrive on schedule, minimizing downtime and wasted resources.

- Order all materials.

Quoting, Sales & Financial Management:
- Quote Review: Review project estimates, proposals, and material take-offs prior to submission to guarantee accurate pricing and realistic labor hours.

- Profitability Control: Monitor project costs, track labor efficiencies, and analyze margins to keep every fence project profitable.

- Vendor & Supply Relations: Partner with suppliers to negotiate material costs (wood, chain link, vinyl, aluminum, iron) and manage inventory levels efficiently.

Leadership & Strategic Growth:
- Lead by Example: Serve as a coach and mentor to both office staff and field personnel, driving continuous training and skills development.

- Stay Curious: Actively look for operational bottlenecks, learn new installation methodologies, explore market expansion opportunities, and modern software tools to optimize our workflows.

- Business Growth: Identify operational efficiencies and service expansions that position the company?and your role within it?for long-term scaling and advancement.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Know EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in residential/commercial construction, fencing, landscaping, or trade industries.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of job costing, margins, unit pricing, and profit & loss statements.
- Field Presence: Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field on active job sites in varying weather conditions.
- Curiosity & Drive: A natural problem-solver who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and looks for better ways to do things.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust with customers, crew members, and suppliers.
- Valid Driver?s License: Clean driving record required for site visits (company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided).
